Yes, with your device purchase you will receive free 160 labels. The labels come already installed inside the printer, ready to use.

Do I receive labels with the device?

We currently are not shipping outside of the United States however we look to open up international orders in the near future. Check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

Does VeloxBot offer international shipping? 

Shipping options to the contiguous 48 states + Washington DC:
Standard shipping (5-8 days) 
Ground shipping (3-6 days)
Expedited shipping (2 days)
Express Shipping (1 day)

What is your shipping policy?

Yes, our app will let you print barcodes (Code 128, UPC-A, UPC-3, EAN-8, EAN-13, Code93, Code39, Code Bar, and ITF25) - You can also print QR codes.

Can I print barcodes or QR on the labels?

You have 15 days from the date you received your item to submit a return or exchange request. To be eligible, your item must be with tags and in its original packaging. The following are not eligible for refund or exchange: Final sales, Gift cards, Custom made products & Gifts with purchase
